Order processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. For personalised products, processing begins after we have received all required personalisation details. If information is missing or a selected character is unavailable, we may contact you before production.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Any estimate shown on a product page or at checkout is indicative and can vary during launches, holidays and high-demand periods.

Delivery destinations and charges

We currently deliver only within mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. Shipping is charged once per order, not once per product.

The applicable rate and any free-delivery eligibility are calculated automatically from the delivery address and order value at checkout.

Delivery to Ceuta, Melilla, other European Union destinations and other international destinations is not currently available.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking details are sent to the email address used for the order after dispatch. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Delivery address

Please check the recipient name, address, postal code and contact details before placing the order. Contact us immediately if anything is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfilment has begun.

Delays, failed delivery and loss

Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. GRAVI is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will assist with a carrier enquiry where appropriate. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or failure to collect a parcel may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Damage in transit

If a parcel or product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page with the order number and photographs of the outer packaging and item.

Store collection

Collection from our Barcelona store is available only when it is offered as an option at checkout. Wait for the ready-for-collection notification before visiting.
