These store policies explain the main conditions that apply when you shop with GRAVI online or in our Barcelona boutique. Please review the product information and your personalisation carefully before placing an order.
Personalisation
You are responsible for checking the spelling, characters, font, colour and placement selected before confirming your order. The digital preview is an approximate guide. Small variations in alignment, foil texture, colour and embossing depth are part of an individually personalised finish and are not normally defects.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We can help only while the order has not entered personalisation or fulfilment. Once work has begun, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
Prices and payment
Prices displayed for consumer purchases include applicable Spanish VAT unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Shipping charges, when applicable, are shown before payment.
